Dates and time zones

Send dates in ISO 8601 with a time zone, for example 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z or 2026-10-01T02:00:00+02:00.

Dates in responses come back in your organization's time zone, for example 2026-10-21T17:12:47.000+02:00. To use another time zone, add time_zone to any request as a query parameter (or in the JSON body of a POST or PATCH), either as an IANA name (America/New_York) or an offset (+02:00). A value the API does not recognise returns 400 invalid_time_zone.
