Pagination

List endpoints return a page of results plus two fields:

To get the next page, send the same request again with page set to the next_page value. Stop when has_more is false.

A page can hold fewer results than limit, or even none, while has_more is still true. Keep paging until has_more is false. If you change sort or sort_direction, start again from the first page.
