The message object

Each item in messages on the conversation endpoints.

Fields

idinteger
Message id.
fromstring
user (your team) or contact.
sent_bystring | null
Email of the team member who sent it, when known.
textstring | null
Message text.
previewstring | null
Short text to show in a list, also for media and story replies.
message_typestring
text, image, gif, video, audio, button, story_mention, story_reply, shared_reel or shared_post.
mediaobject | null
For media messages: kind (image, gif, video or voice), url, and preview_url for videos.
reaction_emojistring | null
Emoji reaction on the message.
template_buttonsarray | null
Buttons on a template message.
is_replyboolean
True when it replies to an earlier message.
sent_atstring
When it was sent.
